Judge Paul M. Gaudet was appointed to Family Court in March of 2023. He currently serves as your judge in Department N, and is seeking to be retained in this year's November election.

 

Prior to being appointed to the bench, Judge Gaudet owned and operated a successful law practice here in Las Vegas for 30 years that focused on family and domestic cases.

 

Judge Gaudet also practiced in the areas of personal injury, commercial, juvenile, and criminal law. Judge Gaudet's law practice focused on litigation, which provided him with a solid basis to "hit the ground running" upon his appointment to the Family Court bench.
